Research community (MROC) is a method that combines both qualitative and quantitative approach. Its purpose is to gather insights or user feedback. Software platforms for research communities usually include several modules and engadgement tools, often with gamification features.

  • Live chats or video-based streaming
  • Polls, surveys and other tools to collect insights and ideas
Short-term (ad-hoc) communities take only several weeks, long-term communities may run continuosly for many years.
